We aim to foster healing resilience, and hope, ensuring that the sacrifices of their loved ones are remembered with love and gratitude.
Creating Healing Aftercare for Families of the Fallen
First Responders Family Foundation is dedicated to serving the families of fallen First Responders and Military heroes by focusing on what comes after the loss. While many organizations offer help with immediate needs, our mission goes deeper: we support the emotional recovery and long-term healing of spouses, children, and parents left behind.
Focused on Mental Health & Connection
We believe that aftercare should extend beyond financial aid. Our priority is helping families navigate the emotional impact of loss. We assist with access to counseling and therapy services for all immediate family members, providing tools for healing and helping them begin to rebuild their lives.
Building a Supportive Community
Loss can feel isolating. That's why we work to bring surviving families together through thoughtfully planned events and gatherings. These experiences help create strong peer connections between families who truly understand each other. Whether it's through a casual meet-up or a shared retreat, we want every family to feel seen, supported, and never alone.

Through experiences like family vacations, special outings, and other meaningful moments, we offer opportunities for healing and togetherness. Our scholarship program is open to students at any stage of their educational journey, starting with high school seniors. Whether pursuing college, graduate school, trade school, or a certification program, eligible applicants can receive financial support to continue their dreams while honoring their loved one’s legacy.
